1. Provide legal and social support for organizational changes and HR policy implementation.
2. Offer legal counsel to HR teams across the Group on individual and collective labor relations, including contracts, disciplinary procedures, and payroll interactions.
3. Manage pre-litigation and litigation cases in collaboration with HR teams and external advisors, ensuring compliance with the company's Ethics and Compliance Charter.
4. Prepare and participate in collective bargaining negotiations and draft group agreements, proposing social policy directions.
5. Design and deliver training modules for HR teams.

1. Advanced degree in Social Law or related field.
2. 6 to 8 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel specializing in Social Law, with experience as a lawyer preferred.

2. Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
3. Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
4. Adaptability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
5. Fluency in English and proficiency in digital tools.

6 to 8 years of professional experience as a corporate legal counsel specializing in Social Law, with experience handling both individual and collective cases.

Advanced degree in Social Law or related field.
