- Lead the development and implementation of security architecture principles across enterprise initiatives.
- Champion a Security by Design approach, integrating security from ideation to deployment.
- Collaborate closely with application development, infrastructure, and product teams to embed security controls.
- Align technology solutions with the evolving threat landscape.
- Serve as an advisor for secure-by-design frameworks within product and infrastructure development lifecycles.
- Provide validation of secure solution design across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments.
- Partner with enterprise architects, software engineers, DevOps, and business stakeholders to ensure security is embedded in solution architectures.
- Develop and maintain security architecture blueprints and standards.
- Conduct threat modeling and architecture risk assessments for new applications, integrations, and technologies.
- Manage pre-launch technical assessments including penetration testing and configuration reviews.
- Advise on third-party integrations to minimize cyber risk exposure.
- Align solutions with compliance frameworks such as PCI-DSS and CCPA.
- Stay ahead of emerging threats, tools, and technologies in luxury retail, eCommerce, and digital platforms.
- Minimum of 7 years in hands-on information security roles, with at least 3 years in advisory or security-by-design functions.
- Experience in design reviews to integrate security considerations into the architecture and design of products and systems.
- Experience in threat modeling to identify potential attack vectors and necessary mitigations.
- Experience in engaging with security service providers, such as external testers.
- Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks such as TOGAF, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, COBIT.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as PCI DSS 4.0 and CCPA/CPRA.
- Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex security concepts.
- Strong enthusiasm for information security and a keen interest in the luxury retail sector.
- Ability to navigate complexity and monitor risk on a regional and global level.
- Capability to deliver security as a service in a large, complex organization.
Minimum of 7 years in hands-on information security roles, with at least 3 years in advisory or security-by-design functions.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500-$160,000. Additional compensation may include bonus potential, benefits, and/or perks.
