- Develop and implement the risk management roadmap for all European markets and divisions, ensuring alignment with Chanel's global risk management strategy.
- Lead annual enterprise risk assessment processes at regional and local levels, collaborating with regional risk stakeholders to ensure comprehensive risk evaluation.
- Coordinate and oversee additional risk assessments as needed, ensuring effective management and integration into the global risk framework.
- Collaborate with leaders to prioritize strategic, operational, and emerging risks, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Provide clear analyses and concrete recommendations to support informed decision-making and effective risk management.
- Monitor the implementation of risk mitigation plans, proactively identifying obstacles and dependencies, and escalating critical issues as necessary.
- Prepare and present regular risk reports to regional, divisional, and local executive and risk management committees, ensuring timely and accurate reporting to the Global Head of Risk Management.
- Anticipate regulatory, market, and operational changes, proposing innovative and tailored solutions to continuously enhance Chanel's resilience.
- Promote, train, and support teams to develop a strong risk culture, build the risk community, and encourage active knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the broader risk management community to enhance collaboration, alignment, and the exchange of insights and practical solutions across markets and divisions.
- Work closely with the European internal audit team to ensure coordination of risk management and audit activities, optimizing risk mitigation efforts.
- Master's degree in Business or related field.
- Over 15 years of experience in risk management, audit, or internal control, preferably in retail, consumer goods, or luxury sectors.
- Fluency in French and English with proven ability to communicate clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels.
- Demonstrated experience in producing high-level reports and presentations for executive audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a passion for identifying innovative solutions.
- Ability to manage sensitive projects, build trust, and adapt to evolving regulatory environments.
- Proven flexibility and agility, with a track record of adapting approaches and solutions to diverse stakeholder needs and business contexts.
- Strong ethics, discretion, resilience, and ability to maintain strategic vision while attending to critical details.
Over 15 years in risk management, audit, or internal control, ideally within the retail, consumer goods, or luxury sectors.
Master's degree in Business or related field.
