- Optimize and implement innovative rewards programs, leveraging people analytics and digital tools.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of retail compensation effectiveness and propose enhancements.
- Lead scenario planning and modeling to address evolving business needs and drive desired behaviors.
- Collaborate with business and finance teams to monitor and optimize retail variable cost spending.
- Enhance governance mechanisms for reward functions to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Develop and implement system roadmaps to improve transparency in retail incentive schemes.
- Support retail compensation analytics across APAC markets, utilizing insights from China.
- Perform people cost analysis to support budget cycles and provide cost forecasting insights.
- Develop HR dashboards and tracking metrics to support decision-making processes.
- Provide consultancy on job evaluation, mobility, and annual compensation reviews.
- Manage and support various rewards-related projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
- Fluency in Chinese and English.
- Expertise in rewards CoE management, particularly in multinational or retail organizations.
- Strong data modeling and analytical skills with the ability to derive insights.
- Meticulous, organized, and results-oriented with high learning agility.
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in implementing rewards projects in local markets under regional/global designs.
- Proficiency in interpreting data and applying modeling methodologies.
- Knowledge of retail sales commission/incentive plan design is advantageous.
- Familiarity with job evaluation methodologies is beneficial.
- Proficiency in HRIS, Power BI, or other analytical tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Agility in dealing with uncertainty, change, and ambiguity.
- Innovative, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
Minimum of 6-8 years in rewards CoE management, preferably within multinational organizations or the retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related discipline.
