- Lead and manage quality control processes for Jewelry and High Jewelry products.
- Conduct quality inspections of production pieces within the quality service department and workshops.
- Update quality control tracking tools and oversee subcontractor workshops for necessary quality adjustments.
- Draft quality reports and record quality results in information systems.
- Alert management to significant or recurring non-conformities.
- Collaborate with the Quality Manager and Quality Engineer on workshop qualifications and continuous improvement plans.
- Maintain the documentation base for the product portfolio.
- Participate in drafting and updating the quality charter.
- Enhance the formalization of specific control points based on inspection findings and diagnostics from returned service pieces.
- Validate specific quality points with the technical direction and design office.
- Update information systems with detailed technical product visuals, functional specifications, and finishes.
- Manage and establish compliance characteristics for Jewelry pieces in collaboration with the design office, technical direction, and development teams.
- Participate in risk analysis workshops led by the methods office.
- Qualify the compliance of prototypes or initial pieces and formalize analysis summaries.
- Validate pieces throughout the development process and draft quality control reports for system updates.
- Respond to internal service requests within the scope of expertise, ensuring alignment with workload.
- Ensure the smooth execution of each quality control process stage and contribute to the performance assurance of the workshop portfolio.
- Guarantee product compliance with house standards and protect brand integrity.
- Extensive knowledge in Jewelry and Gemology with significant experience in a similar role (5 to 10 years minimum).
- Recognized for attention to detail, resilience, and high standards.
- Listening and adaptability skills according to interlocutors.

- Analytical and synthesis capabilities.
- Technical curiosity, initiative, and proactivity.
- Proficiency in O365 (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with PLM tools is appreciated.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is a plus.
5 to 10 years of significant experience in a similar role within the Jewelry and Gemology fields.
