- Coordinate the development of new architectural concepts for boutiques and department stores globally.
- Update and consolidate architectural concept guidelines and communicate with regional markets.
- Develop briefs for new architectural concepts in collaboration with Marketing and Business Development.
- Collect and analyze feedback on newly developed architectural concepts.
- Manage permanent visual merchandising, including briefing, development, and tracking of new references.
- Oversee the integration of small leather goods and eyewear into boutiques.
- Support the deployment of services in points of sale, ensuring ergonomic and functional integration.
- Develop and update communication materials, managing visual rights and briefing new communication supports.
- Monitor the development of connected experiences and integration guidelines.
- Develop and update seating catalogues, managing supply and purchase references.
- Track and develop dedicated service spaces, such as treatment cabins and consultation areas.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market studies to understand regional needs.
- Monitor the project list for new openings and renovations across all distribution channels worldwide.
- Manage project timelines, identifying key milestones and deliverables.
- Conduct competitive analysis and organize monthly field visits.
- Organize annual merchandising seminars and other events in collaboration with the Artistic Direction.
- Proven experience in project management within the luxury retail sector.
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts and visual merchandising.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
