1. Manage monthly replenishment of existing products, ensuring optimal stock levels at points of sale (POS) and minimizing out-of-stock situations.
2. Coordinate with retail and marketing teams to align stock replenishment with business strategies.
3. Oversee the ordering process with retailers and distribution centers to ensure timely product delivery.
4. Track and manage the usage of testers and samples, ensuring alignment with forecasts.
5. Prepare stock reports and manage obsolete stock levels, working with retail teams to optimize inventory.
6. Collaborate with marketing and product managers on new product forecasts and performance tracking.
7. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in marketing and sales reporting, including shipment tracking and new product performance.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in product analysis or demand planning within retail, beauty products, or consumer goods sectors.
3. Strong business acumen with a keen analytical mind and attention to detail.

1. Proficiency in numerical analysis and data control.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Thai.
3. Advanced Excel skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills with an open-minded and curious approach to understanding market trends.

A minimum of 3 years in a product analyst or demand planning role within the retail, beauty, or consumer goods industries.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
