Chanel Senior Payroll Manager

- Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems.
- Manage weekly payroll processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local payroll laws.
- Oversee payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and pay rate changes.
- Conduct weekly review, reconciliation, and recording of post-payroll transactions.
- Complete audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
- Serve as the in-house expert on payroll processing, recommending updates to software and procedures.
- Manage weekly, quarterly, and year-end payroll tax reconciliations and reporting.
- Oversee interfaces between various systems for process efficiency.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and quality enhancements.
- Act as liaison with payroll vendors.
- Minimum 7 years of payroll experience.
- Expertise in UKG PRO and PROWFM.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Familiarity with Workday.
- Extensive knowledge of payroll functions including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
- Advanced proficiency with UKG PRO and PROWFM.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient with Excel and business intelligence reporting tools.
- Familiarity with global mobility payroll.
A minimum of 7 years of experience in payroll management, with expertise in UKG PRO and PROWFM systems.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $140,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
