- Plan, organize, and implement skincare marketing plans and promotions to achieve market share, growth, profitability, and brand image targets.
- Assist the Product Manager in implementing launch plans and fine-tuning forecasts.
- Analyze and consolidate launch results weekly to enhance future campaign planning and execution.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department to ensure inventory quality and manage stock turn and shelf-life of each SKU.
- Allocate selling items, SPM, and samples by counters and support stock movement and replenishment for key campaigns.
- Collaborate with local Communications, Training, and Sales teams to optimize campaign execution.
- Brief the retail marketing team on campaign animation.
- Update product assortment lists biannually and support beauty research data analysis.
- Plan, organize, and implement annual skincare events, including hotel facials and VIP workshops.
- Ensure timely delivery of planned merchandise to counters in collaboration with the logistics department.
- Work with the visual display team to implement POS and operational visual merchandising.
- Cooperate with the Inventory & Logistics Department to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Control budget expenses within planned levels.
- Identify market trends and potential segments using palm data and external market intelligence.
- Analyze store traffic, competitor information, and market niches to develop local marketing actions.
- Develop and execute campaigns for skincare categories.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders using matrix communication.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the luxury or skincare industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in marketing and forecasting techniques.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis and market research.
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on skincare or luxury brands.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
