Chanel Senior Manager, Retail Talent Pipeline

- Partner with the Group Director of Retail Talent Pipeline, HR Business Partners, and Boutique Leadership Teams to understand business objectives and develop sourcing strategies.
- Lead the full cycle recruitment process for all retail positions within the West Coast Region.
- Develop innovative candidate sourcing strategies through networking, recruitment technology, and internal talent.
- Upskill West Coast Region Boutique Leadership Teams on recruitment best practices, including sourcing and inclusive interviewing.
- Provide guidance on the use of Workday and other Talent Acquisition tools.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to foster internal mobility and succession planning.
- Minimum of 7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in retail recruitment.
- Proven ability to develop and execute diverse recruitment strategies.
- Experience with recruitment technology and social media platforms, such as Workday Recruit and LinkedIn.
- Strong relationship-building and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proactive and innovative approach to recruitment strategies.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to inspire others.
A minimum of 7 years in recruitment, with a preference for experience in retail talent acquisition.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 to $130,000, with additional compensation, benefits, and perks.
