- Define and implement overarching media strategies within the paid, owned, and earned media framework.
- Oversee the delivery of integrated media campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage budget and processes with a focus on compliance and efficiency.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with cross-functional and divisional stakeholders at local, regional, and global levels.
- Serve as the custodian of the Media Agency partnership, ensuring optimal performance.
- Champion innovation and creativity in media planning and execution.
- Lead annual media planning in collaboration with the General Manager, Communications.
- Orchestrate campaigns for optimal flighting and clarity in communications.
- Collaborate with local stakeholders to develop strong media actions.
- Oversee team workflow and processes for seamless implementation and execution.
- Set clear measures of success for operational excellence and evaluate outcomes to inform future decisions.
- Accelerate CSR transformation with a focus on minimizing digital media impact.
- Navigate and adapt to changing local and global market conditions.
- Oversee social monitoring activities to derive actionable insights.
- Protect and enhance brand equity through dedicated programs and visual selections.
- Manage internal and Media Agency teams for cohesion and high performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports, including designing learning agendas and IDPs.
- Engage with divisional stakeholders to optimize campaigns and align on outcomes.
- Nurture industry relationships with key partners.
- Regulate financial and compliance processes, focusing on high-risk areas such as data privacy and security.
- Drive budget planning, tracking, and auditing, ensuring consistency across all forecasted activities.
- Administer agency contracts and direct media agreements.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, or Media-related fields.
- Proven experience in media strategy, planning, and purchasing, with a mix of traditional and digital media strategies.
- Strong analytical skills to generate insights from data.
- Curiosity and innovation in the fashion and luxury sectors, staying at the forefront of media trends and technologies.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams or strategic programs at a global or regional level.
- Detail-oriented with outstanding strategic planning skills.
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and experiment with new approaches.
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate ideas effectively.

Solid experience with a track record in media strategy, planning, and purchasing, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
