1. Lead the Data Governance Committee, facilitating meetings and driving cross-functional collaboration to support data governance strategy.
2. Ensure compliance with global and local data privacy regulations, championing best practices in data quality, security, privacy, and accessibility.
3. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of key data initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
4. Manage data program roadmaps, resources, and risks, reporting on outcomes and driving continuous improvement.
5. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure client data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
6. Collaborate with global, regional, and local data stewards to uphold data standards and ensure secure, compliant data management.
7. Facilitate and enable digital marketing activation and data insights in Korea by liaising with client data platform and solution owners.

1. Proficiency in Korean language for effective communication with stakeholders.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of mentoring and developing data professionals.
3. Experience with data governance frameworks and compliance with data regulations.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

1. Good knowledge of data platforms, solutions, and technologies.
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
3. Proficiency in data management tools and technologies, including SQL, Python, and data visualization tools.
4. Exposure to machine learning and data analytics methodologies.

Proven experience in data management and enablement, with a focus on governance, program management, and client data management.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
