Chanel Senior Localization Specialist - Fragrance and Beauty Films

- Coordinate and manage post-production meetings to anticipate localization challenges.
- Analyze internal team requests to optimize campaign follow-ups across media, social media, digital, DOOH, and POS.
- Collaborate closely with Post-Production, Localization, Media, Artistic Direction, and international markets teams.
- Ensure seamless information flow for perfect synchronization among all stakeholders.
- Initiate translations with certified translators and coordinate validation with markets.
- Draft clear briefs for service providers, ensuring understanding of campaign specifics and guidelines.
- Supervise asset coordination, ensuring timely availability for campaign deployment.
- Conduct quality control of localized films across digital platforms, ensuring image, subtitle, and message coherence.
- Adapt films to various formats including digital, CTV, TV, and cinema, and oversee mixing.
- Ensure adherence to schedules and quality of deliverables.
- Manage administrative aspects such as purchase orders and invoice control.
- Support the digital transformation of the team by exploring AI and innovative tools.
- Degree from a film, advertising school, or equivalent university.
- Proven experience in localization management and distribution of advertising films.
- Organized, meticulous, and excellent team player.
- Ability to work independently while being flexible and responsive.
- Fluent in English with a sensitivity to foreign languages.
- Proficiency in Premiere, DaVinci, Photoshop, Media Encoder.
- Knowledge of recording studios is a plus.
Confirmed experience in managing localization and distribution of advertising films.
Degree in film, advertising, or equivalent.
