- Provide legal support and advice to Image, Press & Influence, Marketing, and Media teams within the Fashion and Watch & Fine Jewelry Divisions.
- Ensure compliance and legal clearance for communication campaigns and tools, including rights analysis, concept validation, and agreement negotiation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and reputational risks, proposing practical solutions.
- Challenge and enhance communication security and protection in line with international regulations and innovations such as artificial intelligence.
- Draft, prepare, and manage contracts related to audiovisual productions, digital content, and collaborations with photographers, directors, illustrators, music artists, ambassadors, models, influencers, and strategic consultants.
- Coordinate international projects, collaborating with local legal teams, operational teams, financial control, and insurance departments.
- Anticipate and manage disputes and litigation.
- Master's degree in Business Law, Intellectual Property, Media and Communication Law.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in intellectual property and contract law, preferably within a law firm or corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in intellectual property law and contract law as applied to image and communication.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to manage emergencies and find innovative solutions.
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of 4-6 years of experience in intellectual property and contract law, with a focus on image and communication, gained in a law firm or corporate setting.
Master's degree in Business Law, Intellectual Property, Media and Communication Law.
