1. Design and implement IT solutions to enhance the efficiency, quality, and traceability of industrial processes.
2. Ensure cross-functional integration of solutions within a comprehensive ecosystem of functional domains and tools.
3. Coordinate project phases from requirements definition to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
4. Collaborate with operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
5. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including IT solution providers and service contractors.
6. Ensure the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction through appropriate documentation, training, and ongoing support.
7. Facilitate the transition of projects to operational mode and support TMA teams in adhering to SLAs.
8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and tools by proposing innovative solutions and identifying optimization opportunities.

1. Confirmed experience in IT/OT project management within an industrial environment.
2. In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes and related information systems (ERP, WMS, MES, etc.).
3. Expertise in SAP ECC / S/4HANA (MM, PP, QM, (E)WM, HUM, SD) and understanding of migration challenges.
4. Knowledge of OT systems (SCADA, MES, Industrial IoT, Automates, etc.) and their interaction with SAP.
5. Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools.
6. Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards (ISA 95, ISA 99, NIST, etc.).

8 to 10 years of experience in IT/OT project management in an industrial setting, with proven experience in SAP migration projects to S/4HANA.

Master's degree in Industrial Computing, Information Systems, or equivalent.
