Chanel Senior IT Project Manager - Manufacturing

- Design and implement IT solutions to enhance the efficiency, quality, and traceability of industrial processes.
- Ensure cross-functional integration of solutions within a comprehensive ecosystem of functional domains and tools.
- Coordinate project phases from requirements definition to production, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaborate with operational teams to understand business needs and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including IT solution providers and service contractors.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and user satisfaction through appropriate documentation, training, and ongoing support.
- Facilitate the transition of projects to operational mode and support TMA teams in adhering to SLAs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT processes and tools by proposing innovative solutions and identifying optimization opportunities.
- Confirmed experience in IT/OT project management within an industrial environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Manufacturing & Supply Chain processes and related information systems (ERP, WMS, MES, etc.).
- Expertise in SAP ECC / S/4HANA (MM, PP, QM, (E)WM, HUM, SD) and understanding of migration challenges.
- Knowledge of OT systems (SCADA, MES, Industrial IoT, Automates, etc.) and their interaction with SAP.
- Proficiency in Agile/Waterfall methodologies and project management tools.
- Familiarity with OT cybersecurity standards (ISA 95, ISA 99, NIST, etc.).
- Excellent communication and technical simplification skills.
- Leadership and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.
- Analytical and synthesis skills to identify risks and propose suitable solutions.
- Organizational skills and project tracking rigor.
8 to 10 years of experience in IT/OT project management in an industrial setting, with proven experience in SAP migration projects to S/4HANA.
Master's degree in Industrial Computing, Information Systems, or equivalent.
