1. Secure projects and product launches through prior art searches, risk analysis, and strategic clearance and protection plans.
2. Provide strategic analysis and pragmatic advice to operational teams, raising awareness of intellectual property issues.
3. Act as a liaison with other intellectual property teams, delivering recommendations with clarity and diplomacy.
4. Manage, optimize, and enhance a portfolio of intellectual property rights.
5. Draft and validate agreements and contracts related to intellectual property rights, including coexistence, licensing, and assignment agreements.
6. Develop and implement anti-counterfeiting strategies in alignment with global objectives and operational teams.
7. Monitor procedures and actions with anti-counterfeiting authorities and provide training to these authorities.
8. Oversee budget management and coordinate with an international network of lawyers and service providers.
9. Manage litigation processes, including drafting cease and desist letters, opposition and cancellation procedures, and negotiating settlement agreements.
10. Support efforts against parallel markets in collaboration with the Distribution-Competition team.
11. Represent Chanel's interests in associations and conferences in collaboration with the Public Affairs team.
12. Participate in cross-functional projects within the Legal Department at both global and regional levels.

1. Expertise in intellectual property law with 5-7 years of experience in a law firm and/or corporate setting.
2. Bilingual proficiency in English, with a preference for knowledge of a third language.
3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to develop strategic action plans.
4. Sensitivity to business issues and the international geopolitical context.
5. Proactivity and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
6. Curiosity about new trends in technology and innovation.
7. Strong team spirit and ability to contribute to team cohesion.
