1. Drive and execute the integrated media strategy to align with brand and business objectives.
2. Enhance media efficiency and manage media investments effectively.
3. Collaborate with PR and business teams to achieve shared objectives.
4. Contribute to the integration of Paid, Owned, and Earned (POE) media channels.
5. Stay abreast of evolving media trends and define their implications for the brand.
6. Test and learn new approaches to improve media efficiency and innovation.

1. 15+ years of experience in the media industry, with a focus on strategy media planning and insights.
2. Proven track record in account leadership and strategy management, preferably on the agency side.
3. Strategic media planning experience for multiple product lines, preferably in-house.
4. Experience with luxury brand media is preferred.
5. Mainland China working experience is required.

1. Expertise in audience and media planning across 360 touchpoints and omni-channel platforms.
2. Strong communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in analytics.
4. Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.

A minimum of 15 years in media industry roles, with a focus on strategy media planning, insights, and analytics.
