Chanel Senior High-End Business Manager

- Define and execute the commercial strategy for Chanel’s high‑end wholesale and specialty accounts in the assigned territory to maximise sales and brand positioning.
- Own full P&L responsibility for the channel segment: forecasting, budgeting, margin management and reporting to regional leadership.
- Manage and grow strategic key accounts and premium retail partners through negotiated assortments, pricing, allocations and promotional plans.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams (merchandising, marketing, product, logistics and retail operations) to ensure cohesive go‑to‑market execution and adherence to brand standards.
- Develop trade marketing initiatives, seasonal business plans and client‑experience activations to drive sell‑through and long‑term demand.
- Analyse sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities, optimise inventory flow and adjust commercial levers.
- Lead contract negotiations, commercial terms and distributor/partner performance reviews; ensure compliance with Chanel policies and quality standards.
- Coach and influence internal and external stakeholders; represent Chanel with discretion at partner and industry meetings.
- Proven commercial track record in luxury wholesale, high‑end retail or key account management with demonstrable results.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, forecasts and budgets.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management and influencing skills at senior levels.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable plans.

Typically 5–8 years of progressive experience in luxury retail or wholesale, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role responsible for high‑end accounts and commercial results.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Management or a related discipline; advanced degree (MBA) or equivalent professional experience preferred.
