- Lead the development of the Watches and Fine Jewelry business and teams on the East Coast.
- Oversee strategic account management and partnerships, excluding specialty retailers.
- Collaborate with Fashion Leadership to enhance business penetration through Watches and Fine Jewelry expertise.
- Partner with the Senior Manager for Specialty Retailer distribution to ensure consistency.
- Drive scale and growth across all segments, leveraging engagement of Fashion and Watches and Fine Jewelry partners.
- Facilitate dialogue between Heads of Boutiques and Merchandising & Planning Teams to set sales goals and KPIs.
- Act as the voice of Watches and Fine Jewelry on the East Coast, setting strategic objectives with the Head of Sales and Distribution.
- Collaborate with People & Organization partners on recruitment and team development.
- Ensure seamless client experience across all touchpoints in collaboration with Fashion and Fragrance & Beauty counterparts.
- Champion a client-centric mindset across the Watches and Fine Jewelry Boutique organization.
- Partner with the High Business Development Team to implement strategic plans and elevate client journeys.
- Identify local industry trends and maintain awareness of competitor activities.
- Encourage empowerment and development of employees, fostering a culture of inclusion and continuous improvement.
- Provide consistent vision on talent evaluation and performance management.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in partnership with HR.
- Align and reinforce policies and best practices for Watches and Fine Jewelry Boutiques.
- Support boutique openings, renovations, and maintenance follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations.
- Identify educational needs and map out annual education plans.
- Support events and key brand moments with regular boutique presence.
- Manage relationships with corporate executives for department stores.
- Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in a multi-boutique or store environment and/or account development.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team development skills.
- Excellent client service mindset.
- Ability to collaborate and build partnerships across divisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Aptitude for strategic planning and execution.
Minimum of 12 years of leadership experience in a multi-boutique or store environment and/or account development, ideally with expertise in the East Coast region.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 - $225,000. Additional compensation, benefits, and perks are included.
