- Shape and drive the eRetail strategy to enhance conversion and sales while nurturing key internal and external relationships.
- Ensure efficient collaboration across Global, Marketing, Creative, Tech, and other cross-functional teams to meet eRetail sales and experiential objectives.
- Lead a team to execute the divisional strategy and oversee day-to-day eRetail operations, focusing on key performance drivers.
- Develop a comprehensive vision, structure, and roadmap for the team, emphasizing channel-specific opportunities and objectives.
- Partner to develop unique marketing and sales programs, measuring effectiveness and sharing insights for future optimization.
- Establish monthly insights reports to provide market, competitor, account, brand, and placement insights.
- Ensure the effectiveness of brand content across MBR accounts, focusing on display navigation, merchandising, and search functionality.
- Identify seasonal and long-term growth opportunities based on competitive landscape analysis and consumer behavior insights.
- Collaborate with Chanel.com to identify synergies and maximize total E-Business potential.
- Partner with Global eRetail teams to align on global parameters while optimizing regional and commercial needs.
- Lead the development and execution of eRetail Media investments, exploring new opportunities and measuring performance.
- Build strong working relationships with Retailer Media Networks and the CHANEL Media team.
- Optimize site monitoring and auditing in line with Global Guidelines, protecting brand image while unlocking performance opportunities.
- Manage the eRetail Budget, providing strategic recommendations and insights for future investment approaches.
- Act as a liaison for CHANEL Legal, Business Transformation, Account Development, and Senior Leadership for digital POS in the US.
- Research and engage with Vendors in the digital market to identify new resources or business levers for eRetail.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in Ecommerce, catalogue, and/or Digital Marketing roles, with at least seven years in senior positions.
- Proven ability to execute regional strategies within a global brand context.
- Demonstrated experience in people management and leadership.
- Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional business acumen and leadership within a matrix organization.
- Proven ability to translate brand vision into executable programs with successful oversight.
- Strong skills in strategy and planning, budget and P&L management, sales, merchandising, and marketing.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, both written and verbal.
- Project management and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
- Self-motivation and results/performance orientation.
Minimum of 12 years in Ecommerce, catalogue, and/or Digital Marketing roles, with at least seven years in senior positions.
Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
The anticipated base salary range is $172,600 to $190,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
