- Define and execute the U.S. merchandising strategy for Leather Goods, aligning with Chanel’s creative vision and the American market's unique needs.
- Support the Head of Merchandising, Leather Goods & Accessories, in strategic planning and business performance.
- Collaborate with global counterparts to align on collection vision and tailor assortments for the U.S. market.
- Identify market opportunities and risks, recommending strategies for growth, client acquisition, and retention.
- Lead the team in building seasonal assortments that reflect collection allure and meet clients’ needs.
- Monitor performance and adjust strategies to maximize sales and inventory efficiency.
- Serve as a thought leader in the U.S. luxury landscape, identifying shifts in client behavior and fashion trends.
- Leverage client insights and CRM data to shape product journeys and enhance the client experience.
- Partner with Retail, Visual Merchandising, and Education teams to ensure brand equity is maintained.
- Lead and develop the U.S. Leather Goods merchandising team, fostering growth and collaboration.
- 12+ years of experience in luxury merchandising, with expertise in Leather Goods.
- Proven ability to adapt global strategies to local market needs and drive commercial performance.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience managing P&L responsibilities.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience leading high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of U.S. luxury clients, trends, and competitive landscape.

The anticipated base salary range is $175,000 to $225,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay.
