- Serve as the regional voice, providing strategic recommendations to support retail business objectives and drive client and commercial KPIs.
- Foster a client-centric and service-focused mindset across all boutique levels.
- Collaborate with divisions such as Watches and Fine Jewelry and Fragrance and Beaute to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Motivate boutique leaders to operationalize Chanel's strategic priorities.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to maintain market awareness.
- Promote employee empowerment and development, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Ensure consistent talent evaluation and performance management aligned with Chanel's brand values.
- Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives in collaboration with HR and D&I leadership.
- Support operational efficiency and strengthen cross-functional boutique partnerships.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including loss prevention and employment laws.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-boutique or store environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Ability to travel frequently, up to 60%, including international travel.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing abilities.
- Analytical skills to identify business trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Critical thinking and independent judgment capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
A minimum of seven years in a multi-boutique or store environment, with a focus on leadership and client service excellence.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The anticipated base salary range is $172,000 - $260,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
