Chanel Senior Group Director, Fashion Retail

- Act as the regional voice, providing strategic recommendations to support the retail business and setting objectives for boutiques in the region.
- Champion a client-centric mindset across all levels of the boutique organization.
- Collaborate with counterparts from Watches and Fine Jewelry, Fragrance and Beauty divisions, and regional partners to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Galvanize boutique leaders around Chanel's vision and strategic priorities.
- Identify industry trends and maintain awareness of competitor activities.
- Encourage employee development and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Provide consistent vision on talent evaluation and performance management.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
- Instill an operational mindset and support operational efficiency across boutique functions.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, including loss prevention and employment laws.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-boutique or store environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong presence in boutique environments.
- Ability to travel extensively, up to 60%, including international trips.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills.
- Analytical strength to identify business trends and provide strategic recommendations.
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications – Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Minimum of 7 years in a multi-boutique or store environment, with a focus on leadership and client service.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
The anticipated base salary range is $172,000 to $225,000, with additional variable pay, bonus potential, and benefits.
