Chanel Senior Forecasting and Inventory Management Executive

- Develop and maintain a consensus sales forecast plan for both sellable and non-sellable products across business channels.
- Refine sales forecasts in alignment with financial targets and current sales trends.
- Manage forecasting systems to ensure accurate statistical predictions.
- Engage with the commercial team to align on novelty forecasts through a consensus process.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on SPM products to input forecasts according to wave cycles.
- Consistently achieve targets for Forecast Accuracy and Bias improvement.
- Host monthly Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) meetings with the regional forecast team.
- Partner with the logistics team to ensure timely supply availability and shipment delivery.
- Oversee supply planning and replenishment to maintain healthy inventory levels.
- Monitor slow-moving and PIPO stock to mitigate risks and manage stock transfers.
- Centralize monitoring of counter and distribution center inventories and track reports against monthly targets.
- Collaborate with functional teams to support business operations and enhance communication.
- Support and adhere to Chanel's motivational and human resource policies, including Global Vision, Mission, and Competencies.
- Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders using matrix communication methods.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a sales forecaster in FMCG or cosmetics brands.
- Strong marketing acumen with familiarity in product supply chain, forecasting processes, and inventory management.
- Excellent numerical sensitivity and analytical skills.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, with strong Excel skills.
- Effective interaction and change management skills.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales forecasting within the FMCG or cosmetics industry is required.
