Senior Forecasting and Inventory Management Executive

1. Build consensus sales forecast plans for sales items and non-sellable products by business channel.
2. Fine-tune sales forecasts in the system to align with financial targets and sales trends.
3. Manage the forecasting system to ensure accurate statistical forecasts.
4. Engage in novelty forecasting with the commercial team through a consensus process.
5. Collaborate with stakeholders on SPM products to input forecasts following wave cycles.
6. Achieve sustainable forecast accuracy targets and bias improvement.
7. Host monthly S&OP meetings with the regional forecast team.
8. Partner with the logistics team to ensure timely supply availability and shipment delivery.
9. Collaborate with logistics to ensure on-schedule delivery to counters.
10. Manage supply planning on replenishment to maintain healthy inventory coverage.
11. Monitor slow-moving and PIPO stock to prevent destruction and manage stock transfers.
12. Centralize monitoring of counter and DC inventory and issue tracking reports.
13. Collaborate with functional teams to support business and effective communication.
14. Support and follow up on Chanel's motivational and human resource policies.
15. Maintain transparent data and effective communication with stakeholders.

1. Minimum 5 years of work experience as a sales forecaster in FMCG or cosmetics brands.

1. Good marketing sense and familiarity with product supply chain and forecasting processes.
2. Strong numerical sensitivity and analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
4. Proficiency in Excel.
5. Good interaction and change management skills.

Minimum 5 years of work experience as a sales forecaster in FMCG or cosmetics brands.
