- Construct quantitative and qualitative analysis reports for fashion events to measure impact and identify areas for improvement.
- Consolidate competitive benchmarks through market feedback and establish a monitoring system.
- Ensure the dissemination of analyses and reports, implementing associated tracking and analysis tools.
- Define KPIs in alignment with project objectives in collaboration with markets and project teams.
- Develop and share result templates and participate in debrief discussions to collect qualitative feedback.
- Analyze and consolidate qualitative and quantitative data against set objectives, constructing summaries to highlight key insights.
- Communicate and share results with all stakeholders promptly, adapting to each audience's needs.
- Foster a feedback and impact analysis culture within the Image teams by establishing sharing instances.
- Conduct regular reviews and specific analyses to support strategic framing of events.
- Assist in consolidating information to understand market contexts in coordination with Client, Finance, and Insights teams.
- Perform regular monitoring and reporting of competitors' event activities, including quarterly consolidations of market feedback.
- Develop sustainable data exploitation and analysis solutions in collaboration with the IT department and CRM & retail animation teams.
- Implement a consultation platform for post-event reports and market studies for the department.
- 5 years of experience in an analytical role with a strong interest in project management.
- Intellectual and analytical rigor with strong structuring abilities.
- Capacity to transform analyses into strategic recommendations.
- Proficiency in developing and optimizing analysis and sharing tools.
- Ability to propose, innovate, and challenge existing processes with audacity.
- Autonomy and problem-solving skills to develop sustainable solutions.
- Curiosity about fashion and image issues, particularly events.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for knowledge sharing.
- Positive, constructive, and collaborative mindset supporting the team.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office Suite; PowerBI proficiency is a plus.
5 years of experience in an analytical role with a strong interest in project management.
