Chanel Senior Director of Client Engagement and Communication

- Develop and implement omni-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
- Lead the evolution of client communication and services across retail and multi-brand retail environments.
- Collaborate with Client Intelligence on CRM segmentation strategies to deepen client engagement and retention.
- Manage direct mail and CRM strategy, including budgeting and analysis.
- Oversee execution of direct mail campaigns and retailer communication plans.
- Foster cross-functional partnerships to support marketing initiatives.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and collections in collaboration with Product and Style Expertise teams.
- Manage complex budgets and provide quarterly financial updates.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Experience in integrated marketing, media, and communication.
- Project management expertise.
- Strong analytical and CRM skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in luxury consumer engagement.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000, with additional variable pay options such as bonuses and perks.
