1. Develop and implement omni-channel marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and client engagement.
2. Lead the evolution of client communication and services across retail and multi-brand retail environments.
3. Collaborate with Client Intelligence on CRM segmentation strategies to deepen client engagement and retention.
4. Manage direct mail and CRM strategy, including budgeting and analysis.
5. Oversee execution of direct mail campaigns and retailer communication plans.
6. Foster cross-functional partnerships to support marketing initiatives.
7. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of products and collections in collaboration with Product and Style Expertise teams.
8. Manage complex budgets and provide quarterly financial updates.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Minimum of 12 years of experience in a related field.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $200,000, with additional variable pay options such as bonuses and perks.
