- Oversee the daily operations and ongoing optimization of the online shop and e-retailer brand rooms, focusing on the Fragrance & Beauty division.
- Manage the e-retail business, including onboarding, campaign planning, execution, performance tracking, and partner relationships.
- Drive e-commerce, digital, and omni-channel initiatives to enhance the customer journey and brand presence.
- Lead and support projects related to innovation, e-retail, and e-commerce from ideation to roll-out.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and traffic across all digital and omni-channel touchpoints.
- Identify and test new tools and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders in the market and European region to deliver a seamless online and omni-channel customer journey and provide valuable market insights.
- Ensure all digital activities comply with brand guidelines and legal requirements.
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce, omni-channel, and digital wholesale.
- University degree in business economics, digital, marketing, or a related field.
- Several years of work experience in an e-commerce environment with a focus on data analytics, omnichannel, and project management.
- Proficiency in digital/e-commerce tools and data management platforms such as Power BI, Google Analytics, Excel, and Salesforce.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for data-driven analysis and strategic planning.
- Ability to challenge existing processes to create efficient workflows.
- Interest in navigating a dynamic and evolving digital business environment.
Several years of experience in an e-commerce environment with a strong focus on data analytics, omnichannel, and project management.
University degree in business economics, digital, marketing, or related field.
