- Strategize the client journey plan across multiple touchpoints using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Plan and execute CRM strategies to achieve client KPIs, including recruitment, retention, and repeat business.
- Track and optimize campaign KPIs to enhance current client journeys.
- Elevate client journeys with a global clientele perspective.
- Support IPC markets in enhancing CRM competencies and guide them in the rollout of CRM automated journeys and roadmaps.
- Lead the day-to-day operations of e-business, focusing on makeup and skincare campaigns.
- Drive new CRM initiatives from a campaign perspective as the data steward of the Fragrance and Beauty Division.
- Ensure operational excellence in the representation of CHANEL.COM.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role with strong retail understanding and exposure, preferably in agency or luxury retail/beauty category.
- Proven track record in CRM and/or retail/trade marketing function.
- Strong project management skills.
- High level of detail-orientedness.
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI and Salesforce Marketing is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and collaborative approach.
- Ability to navigate complex environments and deliver high standards of work under time pressure.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role, with a focus on CRM and retail/trade marketing, preferably within the luxury retail or beauty sector.
