- Lead end-to-end data projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with functional departments to gather and prioritize data needs.
- Define project objectives, KPIs, and success criteria.
- Draft functional specifications and establish project timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Identify risks and dependencies related to systems and technical teams.
- Oversee all phases of data projects from conception to delivery.
- Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Facilitate project committees and regularly monitor progress, risks, and corrective actions.
- Ensure coherence between business needs, data models, and produced results.
- Supervise functional testing to validate deliverables' quality and reliability.
- Manage the production rollout of solutions and their integration into business processes.
- Support users in adopting tools and enhance deployed solutions.
- Evaluate project impacts and identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the dissemination of data best practices and internal reference enrichment.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Data/BI project management.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative management tools.
- Understanding of modern data architectures, including analytical models and data governance.
- Functional experience in luxury, retail, or high-intensity operational environments is a plus.
- Fluent in French and proficient in English for international projects.
