1. Plan and execute events, including venue design, production, setup, dismantling, budgeting, and expense management across Fashion, Watches & Fine Jewelry, and Fragrance & Beauty divisions.
2. Track and manage press kit and gift orders and deliveries.
3. Support PR managers in model selection and fittings.
4. Supervise suppliers and vendors to ensure quality work, including photographers, stylists, and production houses.
5. Coordinate the scheduling, content, and quality of the light box at the office entrance.
6. Collaborate with local HR and the Greater China editorial team to produce internal quarterly newsletters.
7. Monitor the work quality of temporary staff on part-time tasks.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry is required.
