Chanel Senior Client Experience Manager

- Develop and implement omni-channel client journeys and action plans.
- Coordinate 360-degree marketing and customer experience strategies across multiple platforms.
- Design and enhance service and client experiences at all touchpoints.
- Strategize and connect client experiences for membership programs and applications.
- Support product launch campaigns with strategic CX action plans.
- Initiate unique client experience journeys for new programs, services, and events.
- Provide analysis and reporting on client KPIs to inform future strategies.
- Manage CRM campaign calendars and communication plans.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align initiatives and support.
- Participate in digital and CRM project development and execution.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in CRM, membership, app, or digital marketing, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar platforms.
- Strong background in data analysis and CRM software.
- Experience in executing customer-focused change initiatives.
- Proven ability to translate customer insights into effective campaigns.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing, CRM, and CX strategies.
- Strong data analysis and documentation skills.
- Client-centric mindset with a focus on market trends.
- Excellent English and Korean communication skills.
- Proactive, organized, and agile with strong time management skills.
8 to 14 years of experience in a customer-related business environment or consulting firm, with a focus on CRM and digital marketing.
Bachelor's degree required.
