Chanel Senior Business Finance Manager

- Lead the utilization of advanced analytics to provide financial and predictive analyses, modeling, and insights into business performance.
- Collaborate with divisions and budget owners to develop analytical KPIs and automated reports to support decision-making.
- Drive monthly performance meetings for variance analysis, sales and expense forecast updates, and improvements to operating expense efficiency.
- Lead inventory management through reviewing proposals with commercial teams and monitoring stock obsolescence.
- Shape strategic goals with management teams using predictive and prescriptive analysis.
- Co-create capital expenditure requests and ensure financial and qualitative KPIs are met.
- Monitor external macro factors and competitors' movements to recommend strategic actions.
- Lead the development of forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans.
- Support in streamlining planning and forecast processes.
- Provide on-the-job training and coaching to elevate Business Finance community capabilities.
- Provide ad hoc financial analysis and presentations for senior management.
- University degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years of working experience, including 2-3 years of managerial experience.
- Extensive experience in the finance department of a multinational company.
- Thorough knowledge of accounting, financial planning, and analysis concepts.
- Strong background in Controlling and Budget Analysis.
- Experience in finance systems and IT financial management methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and manage complexity and ambiguity.
- Excellent collaboration skills with various teams at local, regional, and global levels.
Minimum 12 years of working experience in finance, including 2-3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
University degree in Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
