- Define and implement the national distribution strategy for Chanel's Fragrance & Beauty Products in China.
- Evaluate new projects with critical analysis and foster collaborative discussions on their strategic value.
- Develop annual distribution strategies for the local market, supported by data-driven insights and market trends.
- Align distribution plans with internal stakeholders and top management.
- Adapt strategies with agility to accommodate emerging projects while maintaining overall strategic direction.
- Lead negotiations with department stores and domestic airports regarding store openings, locations, and terms.
- Uphold brand standards in all interactions with external stakeholders and maintain long-term relationships.
- Enhance store profitability through strategic negotiations and contract management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of store openings and closures.
- Lead and develop the Business Development team, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin.
- Fluency in spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 15+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the luxury or beauty industries.
- Exceptional business development expertise in the Chinese market.
- Proven negotiation skills with experience in complex cases.
- Strong critical thinking and business acumen.
- Ability to lead and develop a high-performing team.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
A minimum of 15 years in business development, with a preference for experience in the luxury or beauty sectors.
