- Maximize operational sell-out in assigned stores within the Cologne/Bonn/Aachen region.
- Analyze key performance indicators and utilize various reporting tools.
- Ensure the continuous enhancement of the brand's image.
- Plan, negotiate, and implement sales activities.
- Motivate and train store employees.
- Present new Chanel product launches.
- Collaborate closely with the head office, particularly with marketing, merchandising, and training departments.
- Completed commercial training or a degree.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Relevant sales experience in the beauty industry.
- Residence ideally in the Cologne, Bonn, or Aachen area.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Fluency in German and English.
- Passion for sales and luxury beauty products.
- Affinity for digital tools.

Completed commercial training or a degree.
