1. Maximize operational sell-out in assigned stores within the Cologne/Bonn/Aachen region.
2. Analyze key performance indicators and utilize various reporting tools.
3. Ensure the continuous enhancement of the brand's image.
4. Plan, negotiate, and implement sales activities.
5. Motivate and train store employees.
6. Present new Chanel product launches.
7. Collaborate closely with the head office, particularly with marketing, merchandising, and training departments.

1. Completed commercial training or a degree.
2. Valid Class B driver's license.
3. Relevant sales experience in the beauty industry.
4. Residence ideally in the Cologne, Bonn, or Aachen area.

1. Strong communication and negotiation skills.
2. Proficiency in MS Office.
3. Fluency in German and English.
4. Passion for sales and luxury beauty products.
5. Affinity for digital tools.

Relevant sales experience in the beauty industry is required.

Completed commercial training or a degree.
