1. Oversee the implementation and management of security and safety policies across the designated perimeter, including CHANEL Mode headquarters, boutiques, and associated art houses.
2. Manage and coordinate external security and safety service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
3. Conduct regulatory monitoring and update procedures related to video surveillance, access control, and anti-intrusion systems.
4. Analyze security incidents and develop corrective action plans to enhance safety measures.
5. Design and execute training and awareness programs for security and safety protocols.
6. Participate in the development and execution of fire safety strategies and ensure the maintenance of fire safety installations.
7. Prepare for and support security commission inspections in collaboration with stakeholders.
8. Manage reception teams and ensure operational reporting is conducted effectively.
9. Contribute to the company's overall risk prevention and crisis management strategy.
10. Draft security and safety tender specifications in collaboration with Corporate Procurement.
11. Participate in the design and deployment of security measures for internal events.

1. Advanced degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
2. Proven experience in a similar role within complex and sensitive environments.
3. In-depth knowledge of security, safety, and ERP regulations.

2. Experience in fire risk prevention (PRV-AP).
3. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Proven crisis management capabilities.
5. Project management and networking skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
7. Fluency in English.
8. Discretion, loyalty, integrity, and composure.
9. Initiative, prioritization skills, and high autonomy.
10. Availability and adaptability.

Confirmed experience in a similar role within complex and sensitive environments.

Advanced degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
