Chanel Security and Safety Manager

- Oversee the implementation and management of security and safety policies across the designated perimeter, including CHANEL Mode headquarters, boutiques, and associated art houses.
- Manage and coordinate external security and safety service providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct regulatory monitoring and update procedures related to video surveillance, access control, and anti-intrusion systems.
- Analyze security incidents and develop corrective action plans to enhance safety measures.
- Design and execute training and awareness programs for security and safety protocols.
- Participate in the development and execution of fire safety strategies and ensure the maintenance of fire safety installations.
- Prepare for and support security commission inspections in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage reception teams and ensure operational reporting is conducted effectively.
- Contribute to the company's overall risk prevention and crisis management strategy.
- Draft security and safety tender specifications in collaboration with Corporate Procurement.
- Participate in the design and deployment of security measures for internal events.
- Advanced degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a similar role within complex and sensitive environments.
- In-depth knowledge of security, safety, and ERP regulations.
- Expertise in risk management, security, and safety.
- Experience in fire risk prevention (PRV-AP).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proven crisis management capabilities.
- Project management and networking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
- Fluency in English.
- Discretion, loyalty, integrity, and composure.
- Initiative, prioritization skills, and high autonomy.
- Availability and adaptability.
Confirmed experience in a similar role within complex and sensitive environments.
Advanced degree (Bac +4/5 or equivalent) in a relevant field.
