Chanel Security and Regulatory Manager

As part of the esteemed LVMH conglomerate, Chanel's Parfums Beauté division is dedicated to unveiling the unique beauty of every woman through its fragrances, makeup, and skincare products. The company is establishing a new industrial site in Venette, specializing in the production and packaging of perfumes, with a workforce of approximately 200 employees.
- Lead the implementation and operational management of security and regulatory systems during both the project and operational phases, adhering to SEVESO high threshold classification standards.
- Develop and implement security and fire safety procedures, ensuring readiness for operational deployment.
- Support the initiation of associated services and collaborate closely with all site departments.
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards and directives, including ICPE, ATEX, APSAD, and local regulations.
- Oversee the security systems protecting personnel and assets, including access control systems, security data management, and maintenance of security equipment.
- Manage fire protection systems, including maintenance, evacuation protocols, and emergency team coordination.
- Drive the regulatory control plan for the entire site, ensuring regulatory compliance through monitoring, updating obligations, and organizing associated services.
- Contribute to environmental management, including waste management and wastewater treatment.
- Ensure the safety of external contractors by enforcing applicable safety rules and procedures.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security, Safety, or Technical fields.
- Minimum of 10 years of significant experience in the ICPE industry.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and energy management systems.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements in safety domains such as fire and electrical safety.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical documents.
- Strong organizational, planning, and methodological skills.
- Proactive response to emergency situations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with adaptability to various stakeholders.
- Discretion and confidentiality.
- Effective communication skills.
A minimum of 10 years of significant experience in the ICPE industry is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Security, Safety, or Technical fields.
