1. Ensure full compliance with local Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) laws, Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria, and local security regulations across all sites.
2. Organize and oversee mandatory OHS training, including first aid, fire safety, evacuation drills, and yearly assessments.
3. Implement Chanel Europe Security and OHS policies and procedures across all sites and integrate technical security guidelines into new site projects.
4. Maintain and regularly update local procedures to align with corporate standards.
5. Plan preventive maintenance and implement corrective measures as needed.
6. Monitor the performance of Security and OHS suppliers, focusing on the guarding company.
7. Deliver training sessions for staff and security guards to maintain a high level of awareness and preparedness.
8. Track and report monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to local Management and Europe Security and OHS Manager.
9. Collaborate with local Management, cross-functional teams, and external stakeholders, including police and security consultants.
10. Act as the key point of contact for visits from the Internal Audit Department, Europe Security Manager, and external inspections.
11. Provide on-site support for major events and new site openings.
12. Develop and monitor the Security and OHS budget in collaboration with the local Finance team to ensure resource allocation aligns with strategic priorities.
13. Conduct regular site assessments, investigate breaches or incidents, and implement swift corrective actions.
14. Lead emergency responses and crisis management for incidents.
15. Implement Business Continuity Planning (BCP) policy and coordinate regular exercises.

1. Degree or professional certification in security, health and safety, or related areas.
2. 10+ years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or the armed forces.
3. Training or experience in emergency response, crisis management, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP).
4. In-depth knowledge of security technologies and related equipment.
5. Familiarity with laws, regulations, and industry standards in BeNeLux and Scandinavia.

2. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and integrity.
3. Strong sense of service, responsibility, and real ability to listen, communicate, and adapt.
4. Experience in the luxury and/or retail sector is advantageous.

A minimum of 10 years of experience in security management, law enforcement, or the armed forces, with a focus on emergency response and crisis management.

Degree or professional certification in security, health and safety, or related areas.
