2. Learn each collection to understand the Studio's statements and recommend appropriate alteration methods.
3. Assess garments meticulously to identify necessary adjustments and ensure precision tailoring.
4. Conduct fittings with clients, providing expert guidance while respecting their preferences.
5. Perform quality checks on finished alterations to guarantee cleanliness and craftsmanship.
6. Share alteration information with boutique staff to maintain consistency.
7. Build strong client relationships by meeting tailoring needs with professionalism and care.
8. Offer expert advice on garment care and maintenance to enhance longevity.
9. Collaborate with the boutique team to deliver a seamless client journey.
10. Maintain a clean and organized Tailor Shop and inform management of necessary tools and supplies.
11. Assist in stock quality control, repairing or adjusting items as needed.
12. Ensure accurate record-keeping for all tailoring activities using Chanel's platforms.

1. 3-5 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in luxury fashion.
2. Passion for creating exceptional client experiences and providing expert advice.

1. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic retail environment.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and quality in every stitch.
3. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.
5. Thorough knowledge of fabrics and garment construction.

3-5 years of professional tailoring experience, preferably in luxury fashion.

Competitive base salary of $75k-80k CAD annually, with opportunities for growth and advancement.
