- Serve as the SAP OTC solution expert throughout the SAP S/4 migration project phases.
- Define the SAP OTC module architecture in relation to other applications and modules.
- Lead workshops facilitated by SAP OTC functional consultants.
- Validate the overall design and detailed specifications of the SAP OTC solution.
- Oversee quality control and validation phases of SAP OTC.
- Manage change management and preparation for implementation.
- Ensure successful implementation and hypercare of SAP OTC.
- Organize TMA activities: corrective maintenance, incident resolution, regular checks, application fixes, and level 2 support.
- Develop operational autonomy in daily functions and gather requirements for projects and enhancements.
- Assist users during testing phases.
- Drive the annual evolutionary roadmap.
- Conduct technological monitoring of the solution and identify new technological advancements.
- Engineering degree.
- Over 10 years of experience with SAP OTC (SD and MM modules).
- Experience in leading or participating in an SAP OTC S/4 project and business transformation for SAP ERP implementation.
- Knowledge of SAP S/4 OTC integration with Supply Chain applications (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP), commercial and financial applications (E-commerce, SAP FI, SAP CO), and logistics applications (WMS, TMS).
- Experience in team management and implementation of IT best practices.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Expertise in SAP OTC module.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in change management.
- Technical acumen in ERP systems.
Over 10 years of experience in SAP OTC, including participation or leadership in SAP S/4 projects and enterprise transformation.
Engineering degree.
