1. Serve as the SAP OTC solution expert throughout the SAP S/4 migration project phases.
2. Define the SAP OTC module architecture in relation to other applications and modules.
3. Lead workshops facilitated by SAP OTC functional consultants.
4. Validate the overall design and detailed specifications of the SAP OTC solution.
5. Oversee quality control and validation phases of SAP OTC.
6. Manage change management and preparation for implementation.
7. Ensure successful implementation and hypercare of SAP OTC.
8. Organize TMA activities: corrective maintenance, incident resolution, regular checks, application fixes, and level 2 support.
9. Develop operational autonomy in daily functions and gather requirements for projects and enhancements.
10. Assist users during testing phases.
11. Drive the annual evolutionary roadmap.
12. Conduct technological monitoring of the solution and identify new technological advancements.

1. Engineering degree.
2. Over 10 years of experience with SAP OTC (SD and MM modules).
3. Experience in leading or participating in an SAP OTC S/4 project and business transformation for SAP ERP implementation.
4. Knowledge of SAP S/4 OTC integration with Supply Chain applications (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, MRP), commercial and financial applications (E-commerce, SAP FI, SAP CO), and logistics applications (WMS, TMS).
5. Experience in team management and implementation of IT best practices.
6. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

Over 10 years of experience in SAP OTC, including participation or leadership in SAP S/4 projects and enterprise transformation.
