1. Receive and organize finished products, raw materials, and semi-finished goods from production sites to prevent product accumulation.
2. Ensure the quantity of products supplied, received, and stored aligns with the current procedural guidelines.
3. Regularly eliminate and dispose of products whose shelf life in the sample library has expired.
4. Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of the storage area, alerting technical services in case of issues.
5. Assist the Cosmeto-Vigilance team and other departments in locating samples for loans.
6. Follow up with departments on delayed sample returns and update SAP status for unreturned products.

1. Possession of a high school diploma.

4. Proficiency in SAP.

No specific prior experience is required, but familiarity with inventory management or similar roles is advantageous.
