1. Serve as the technical authority for Salesforce solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, integration, performance, and security.
2. Define technical directions for IT and application projects, collaborating with development, design, and project management teams.
3. Establish technical specifications in conjunction with architecture and development teams.
4. Create technical standards and procedures, conducting risk analyses and comprehensive evaluations to validate solutions.
5. Oversee technical aspects of projects, guiding development and making architectural and design decisions.
6. Identify and resolve bugs, drive continuous code improvement, and ensure adherence to development best practices.
7. Support project teams in technical decision-making with educational insights and impact analysis.
8. Design and supervise test plans, conduct testing, and contribute to test documentation to ensure solution stability.
9. Maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and projects.
10. Ensure the operational viability of solutions throughout project lifecycles.
11. Provide technical support for the implementation of project evolutions and ensure effective monitoring and maintenance procedures.
12. Stay informed on Salesforce expertise and CRM solutions, recommending suitable innovations.

1. Proven expertise in Salesforce tools, particularly Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
2. Degree from an engineering school with a specialization in computer science.
3. Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Tech Lead, preferably in a multinational retail or premium brand environment.

1. Strong problem-solving skills and crisis management capabilities.
2. Technical curiosity and ability to analyze problems and propose solutions.
3. User-oriented with a strong understanding of After-Sales business needs.
4. Excellent relational and communication skills, with the ability to integrate into project teams and interact with users.
5. Fluency in English.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in a Tech Lead role within a multinational environment, ideally in retail or After-Sales industries.

Degree in computer science from an engineering school.
