1. Serve as the primary contact for retailers regarding finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
2. Communicate product availability, order status, and pricing information to retailers.
3. Input orders and coordinate with warehouses for order preparation, invoicing, and delivery.
4. Verify payment conditions and manage client follow-ups in collaboration with the accounting department.
5. Organize returns to the warehouse and manage credit issuance instructions.
6. Facilitate the deployment and training of the new HORIZON internal platform for retailers.
7. Act as the main contact for boutiques concerning finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
8. Coordinate order entries and deliveries according to client requirements.
9. Manage inter-boutique transfers and monitor packaging orders via a new application.
10. Maintain and update the Stock Process Book regularly.
11. Oversee stock exchange requests between France, Europe, and international locations.
12. Participate in the deployment of digital tools and support teams in adopting new functionalities.
13. Monitor tool and service performance, providing regular analyses and constructing a comprehensive KPI dashboard.

1. Currently pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +4/5.
2. Prior experience in retail, ideally through internships or apprenticeships.

1. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
4. Customer service orientation and teamwork ability.

Ideal candidates will have prior experience in retail, preferably through internships or apprenticeships.

Currently pursuing a degree equivalent to Bac +4/5.

Interns will receive a comprehensive onboarding program, including training in the history and products of the Maison, and will have opportunities to deepen their retail knowledge and develop communication skills across various European services.
