- Serve as the primary contact for retailers regarding finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
- Communicate product availability, order status, and pricing information to retailers.
- Process orders and coordinate with warehouses for order preparation, invoicing, and delivery.
- Verify payment terms and manage client follow-ups in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Organize returns to the warehouse and manage credit issuance instructions.
- Support retailers in the deployment and training of the new HORIZON internal platform.
- Act as the main contact for boutiques regarding finished products, accessories, spare parts, and packaging.
- Coordinate order entry and delivery instructions based on client requirements.
- Manage inter-boutique transfers and oversee packaging order tracking through a new application.
- Update and maintain the Stock Process Book.
- Handle stock exchange requests between France, Europe, and international locations.
- Participate in the deployment of digital tools and assist teams in adopting new functionalities.
- Monitor and analyze tool and service performance, creating dashboards with relevant KPIs.
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5) with a focus on Retail or related fields.
- Previous experience in retail, such as an internship or apprenticeship, is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and organizational prowess.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a retail environment, gained through internships or similar roles.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac +4/5).
