1. Optimize, implement, and manage sales processes within the boutique.
2. Analyze KPIs and develop action plans.
3. Ensure compliance with internal guidelines across all sales operations.
4. Create staffing, travel, and vacation schedules.
5. Provide professional leadership to sales staff.
6. Ensure exceptional service experiences for international clients.
7. Strategically build local and international clientele using digital tools.
8. Collaborate closely with the Fashion Training team.

1. Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.
2. Completed commercial training or degree.
3. Expertise in handling discerning clients with a high level of service orientation and commitment.

1. Result-oriented mindset and strategic abilities.
2. Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
3. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.

Completed commercial training or degree.

A minimum annual salary of EUR 56,000 gross for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications.
