- Optimize, implement, and manage sales processes within the boutique.
- Analyze KPIs and develop action plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal guidelines across all sales operations.
- Create staffing, travel, and vacation schedules.
- Provide professional leadership to sales staff.
- Ensure exceptional service experiences for international clients.
- Strategically build local and international clientele using digital tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Fashion Training team.
- Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.
- Completed commercial training or degree.
- Expertise in handling discerning clients with a high level of service orientation and commitment.
- Result-oriented mindset and strategic abilities.
- Digital affinity and proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.
Several years of experience, ideally in a leadership position within the retail sector.
Completed commercial training or degree.

A minimum annual salary of EUR 56,000 gross for 38.5 hours per week, with potential for overpayment based on qualifications.
