- Lead and manage a boutique team to ensure alignment with Chanel's strategic goals and boutique objectives.
- Supervise, train, and coach team members to achieve high levels of product expertise and customer experience.
- Organize and oversee the sales floor to optimize customer engagement and sales performance.
- Conduct performance evaluations and set individual development goals for team members.
- Identify, recruit, and retain top talent within the industry.
- Monitor sales activities to ensure achievement of sales targets and implement strategies to enhance business performance.
- Regularly report to the Boutique Director on team activities and performance metrics.
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and optimize the use of available tools and resources.
- Implement Visual Merchandising guidelines to maintain an inviting and organized boutique environment.
- Create personalized customer experiences to foster long-lasting client relationships and brand loyalty.
- Represent Chanel at internal and external events to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Proven experience in sales within the luxury jewelry and watch sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a dynamic environment.
