Chanel Sales Executive

- Assist the Sales Area Manager in achieving sales goals and objectives for the territory.
- Prepare and analyze annual forecasts of campaign products and promotional materials for each client.
- Prepare suggested orders of new campaigns and regular products for clients.
- Analyze and input orders in the system in coordination with Brand Managers and clients.
- Oversee and communicate with relevant departments to ensure all material is included in the orders.
- Manage and supervise order processing, product rotation, PLV, and stock levels.
- Conduct monthly sell-in vs sell-out and stock analysis.
- Coordinate trade animations and events according to the marketing calendar.
- Collaborate with Brand Managers to ensure the efficiency of all events and animations.
- Visit points of sales to ensure stock levels, image, and merchandising are up to date.
- Collaborate in the destruction process of obsolete and/or discontinued stock.
- Participate in the planning and preparation of budget reviews and strategic presentations.
- Act as a liaison between the client and other departments.
- Calculate, process, and follow up on commissions, launches, and reimbursements.
- Monitor PLV expenses.
- Follow up on the training of Beauty Advisors, Make-Up Artists, and general staff.
- Coordinate with the Regulatory Affairs Department for the sanitary registration of new products.
- Produce Grey Market Reports.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience ideally in regional distribution companies.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish.
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to handle data and apply analytics.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Problem-solving and dispute resolution skills.
- Organizational and communication skills.
- Teamwork and task prioritization.
- Results-oriented and people management skills.
- Advanced MS Office Suite proficiency.
2+ years of relevant work experience ideally for regional distribution companies, covering topics such as market research and competitive analysis.
At least a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, administration, marketing, or any other related field.
