1. Support the sales executive with operational and administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
2. Receive, analyze, process, and manage monthly purchase orders from clients.
3. Ensure accurate entry of orders in the system and verify customer needs for campaigns and collateral materials.
4. Confirm client purchase orders with the Traffic department and verify client information accuracy.
5. Support payment procedures and process invoices in Basware.
6. Prepare and manage urgent courier shipments to clients and points of sale.
7. Ensure accurate reception and verification of client monthly sales out reports.
8. Conduct sales analysis using BI tools as required by management.
9. Maintain the image of points of sale.

1. Fluency in English and Spanish.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. 1+ years of relevant work experience in regional distribution companies.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
2. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Organizational and resourcefulness skills.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

1+ years of relevant work experience ideally in regional distribution companies, focusing on market research and competitive analysis.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
