1. Support the Sales Executive with operational and administrative tasks to enhance efficiency.
2. Receive, analyze, process, and manage monthly client purchase orders.
3. Ensure accurate data entry into the system (AX) and verify customer needs for campaigns and collateral materials.
4. Confirm and verify client purchase orders with the Traffic department for auditing purposes.
5. Assist in payment procedures and process invoices in Basware.
6. Coordinate and manage urgent courier dispatches to clients and points of sale.
7. Ensure accurate reception and analysis of client monthly sales reports.
8. Perform sales analysis using business intelligence tools as requested by management.
9. Maintain the image of points of sale.

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
4. 1+ years of relevant experience in regional distribution companies, focusing on market research and competitive analysis.
