1. Provide support to sales managers in overseeing sales teams and managing daily operations.
2. Assist in organizing sales team schedules to optimize presence and coordination on the sales floor.
3. Ensure compliance with boutique procedures and standards.
4. Coordinate boutique opening activities, including team assignments, supply management, and setup of watch displays.
5. Monitor and control merchandising standards.
6. Manage reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
7. Welcome and advise clients during peak periods.

1. Student from a Business School or University with initial experience in luxury sales.

1. Strong interest in fashion and retail.
2. Dynamic with excellent service orientation and attention to detail.
3. Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
4. Fluent in English with proficient IT skills.

Previous experience in luxury sales is required.

Currently enrolled in a Business School or University.
