- Support sales managers in supervising sales teams and managing daily operations.
- Assist in organizing sales team schedules and optimizing sales force presence.
- Ensure compliance with Boutique procedures and standards.
- Coordinate boutique opening activities including team assignments and setup.
- Monitor and control merchandising standards.
- Manage reservations, pending sales, and inter-boutique transfers.
- Provide customer service during peak periods.
- Enrollment in a Business School or University program.
- Previous experience in luxury sales.
- Strong interest in fashion and retail.
- Dynamic and service-oriented.
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in computer applications.
Previous experience in luxury sales is required.
Currently enrolled in a Business School or University.
